dated decor inconvenient pick-up area
The room had daily replenishment of water bottles, acceptable.
The hotel showed its age. The decor looked dated. I found the lack of a clear pick-up area inconvenient when arriving by car. This made getting to the hotel with luggage a bit of a hassle.

easy exploring friendly staff
the location near the MTR was unbeatable. it made exploring easy and convenient. friendly staff gave good service to customers i have seen. they helped carry luggage, made check-in and check-out effortless.

professional team fast service
The front desk team was friendly and professional! The housekeeping team was hardworking and fast. FeiFei deserves special mention for excellent service. The service desk team was fast, and the bellboys were very helpful.
The hotel is a little aged. Some fixtures show wear.
